Natural Expressions takes quality seriously, offering a one-year warranty on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, please see our Return policy and Return instructions below.

Return instruction:

1. Contact Natural Expressions’ s customer service department at support@thenaturalexpressions.com to obtain return authorization.

2. Once our customer service rep verified that your return abides by our return policy, we will send you a prepaid return label.

3. Simply print out the return label, place it onto the original shipping package and drop it off at any FedEx or UPS location.

4. We will issue a refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the return.

Terms of the return policy:

Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via www.thenaturalexpressions.com. For items not purchased from our website, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories. Products over 30 days will not accept return, but If there is any problem with the product in use please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
  • If the product has any manufacture defects within 1 year, we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for full refund upon request, please consult our Warranty.
  • For reason of wrong bought and don't like, the package has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, we accept return for exchange but not return for refund, and you will still be charged the appropriate return label fee.
  • We only offer Flat-Rate Return Shipping for the contiguous United States. Currently we do not offer it to these locations: Intra-Hawaii, Hawaii, Alaska, Contiguous U.S., Contiguous U.S.: Extended and any international address.

  • Used
  • Accessories
  • Other buyers’ reason

Restocking Fees:

If any returned item we receive has obviously been used and/or does not abide by our return policy, we will charge a restocking fee that is a percentage of the product’s purchase price .

  • 10% Restocking Fee: Product show use or packaging missing.
  • 20% Restocking Fee: Any part of the product comes back dirty.
  • 50% Restocking Fee: Product is missing parts and/or has damaged parts
